The Club has recently had to cancel several requests

 for birthday parties due to a lack of volunteers. The

 Executive has decided to suspend our birthday party

 program until a solution is found, so we will not be

 offering birthday parties to the public until further

 notice.

 If any member has suggestions as to how we can

 increase our volunteers in order to continue to offer

 parties, please bring your ideas forward to the

 Executive.

 Hopefully we can find a way to work together in order

 to keep our fees reasonable and to offer archery to

 the public.
